Thinking back on my half century or so of life, I have noticed a general theme with regard to presidencies. They have little or no impact on my day to day life.
If I were to have no knowledge of who was president and no knowledge of world events, I would have no clue that one president had been replaced with another.
I propose that any social or economic change can be just as easily correlated with random chance and general world chaos as it can with some brilliant decision or policy made by our president.
